Half of me wants to give it a go, the other half of me could think of nothing worse. I know I should go every day or at least three times a week and do my weights etc but I just don't have the
- Energy to go every day
- The drive to go every day
- The funds to get there (petrol mostly)
- I have friends that want to do things on the weekend

This is true, and I am pushing myself, but I don't want to do myself an injury and be off work or the gym for months because I pushed myself too hard, yes push yourself but don't do it to the point of pain, that just isn't the right and causes more hassle than anything else.
